This page explains what information cleverminds.dk processes, why it is used, how long it is kept and the rights available to you.

Cleverminds is the controller for personal information received through this website. Questions about privacy and your rights can be sent to contact@cleverminds.dk.
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and—if you choose to provide them—company and telephone number. The website’s technical log may also contain an IP address, timestamp, browser information and the requested page.
The information is used to answer your enquiry, follow up on a potential customer relationship and keep the website secure and operational. The basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us. Where the enquiry concerns steps requested before entering into a contract, processing may also be necessary for those steps.
The contact form uses SMTP2GO for outgoing email and Apple iCloud for the current contact mailbox. Providers process information only as needed to deliver the email service. Depending on the provider setup, support or technical access may take place outside the EU/EEA under the provider’s applicable transfer mechanism.
Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are normally deleted no later than 12 months after the latest contact. If a customer relationship is established, relevant information may be retained longer where necessary for the agreement, documentation or legal requirements. Technical logs are limited and continuously rotated.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to processing. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with how we process your information.
datatilsynet.dkContact-form information is not used for automated decisions, profiling or newsletters. The automatic acknowledgement only confirms that the enquiry was received.
When analytics is enabled on the website, Google Analytics loads only after you accept. Declining does not affect the contact form or the rest of the website. We measure page views, phone-link clicks and contact forms accepted by the server for sending. Spam, failures and repeat submissions do not create new leads. Administrators and previews are excluded.
Google receives technical browser and connection information, cookie identifiers, the visited page path and event type. We do not send form fields, email addresses, telephone numbers, URL parameters or fragments to Analytics. Referring pages are reduced to their origin. Google processes this information to provide statistics, and processing may take place outside the EU/EEA. See Google’s information about partner sites.
Analytics is based on your consent. We use no Google Ads tags, advertising cookies, remarketing or advertising conversions. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in the website’s measurement code.
Your choice is stored in localStorage as cleverminds.consent for 180 days. If storage fails, cleverminds_consent_denied may store a rejection for up to 180 days. After acceptance, _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to 180 days. A random form marker is kept temporarily in sessionStorage to prevent repeated measurement. The consent period is separate from Google’s report-data retention settings.
GA4 is configured to retain user-level and event-level data for two months, without resetting the retention period on new user activity. Google deletes expired data during its monthly processing. This setting does not limit the retention of standard aggregated reports.
You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings. This stops future measurement and removes Analytics cookies from this browser; withdrawing consent does not automatically delete previously collected data.
